It’s a secure, peaceful and comfortable home in a period building, ideally suited to a professional, responsible woman looking for somewhere special in central London.

A little about me

I’m a professional and divide my time between London and the countryside, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself. When I’m in London, I enjoy Pilates, galleries, restaurants, good food and wine, reading, dog walks, seeing friends and relaxed evenings at home.

I have a lovely, well-behaved, clean, polite dog so being genuinely comfortable around dogs is essential.

Who I’m looking for:

A tidy, considerate, trustworthy, responsible professional woman who appreciates a lovely home and will treat it with care. Ideally someone who wants a London base rather than a busy flatshare.

No couples, students or smokers, please.

The flat is strictly for residential use only. No commercial filming, photoshoots, social-media content creation or adult-content production.

A cleaner comes weekly to keep the flat looking its best.

I stay max a week a month so you mainly have the flat to yourself and I try to organise to come to the flat when the person staying isn’t there.
