Three large rooms available in a friendly, clean, spacious house. There's a lounge, bathroom, kitchen, garden, three bedrooms (single occupancy only), balcony, bicycle storage and parking.

Transport:
3 min to South Merton station (Thames Link -> Wimbledon, Blackfriars etc.),
8 min to Morden (Northern line; 24 hours weekends),
+ buses to Raynes Park, Wimbledon etc.

& three big parks nearby, a gym and loads of little cafes.

Rooms are furnished with a bed, under bed draw & built in wardrobes. We share kitchen utensils plates etc. but not compulsory!
