Looking for friendly, clean, like minded housemates to share spacious 3-bed flat (single occupancies only; 2 bedrooms available). There's a lounge, bathroom, kitchen, garden, balcony, bicycle storage and parking.

3 min to South Merton station (Thames Link -> Wimbledon, Blackfriars etc.),
8 min to Morden (Northern line; 24 hours weekends),
+ buses to Raynes Park, Wimbledon etc.

& three big parks nearby, a gym and loads of little cafes.

Rooms are furnished with a bed, under bed draw & built in wardrobes. Rest of the house is furnished also (see video), we also share kitchen utensils plates etc. but not compulsory!
