Large double room in spacious victorian terrace

I'm looking for a professional working M-F to come be my housemate in this spacious and lovely home. The room is furnished with a double bed, night stand, touch lamp, wardrobe, mirror, bookshelf and a chest of drawers.
Ideally, the new housemate goes out to work at least 3 days/week (since I mostly WFH).
Please be easygoing, clean, and considerate of common spaces as well as others' belongings.

Bill are £200pcm, including utilities (power, water, internet), council tax, and a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean the common spaces and vacuum the bedrooms.

The third bedroom is used as an office space / guest room, and you may also have occasional guests stay there.

There is a garden out the back, and plenty of space to have a few friends over now and then, as I do.
I foster cats from time to time, so you would need to be ok with having a cat or two around, however I take responsibility of them.

I mainly want someone I get along well with, as there will only be two of us living here.
