We've got a lovely room in our friendly share house. The double room is a good size with additional storage space in the attic/loft room above. The flat faces out onto the stunning Tredegar Square and the room looks out onto a large back garden shared between us and 3 other house shares. The flat is quirky and unique; featuring 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms (no morning queues) and there's a sink in every bedroom.
We're 3mins from well-connected Mile End station, very close to Victoria and Mile End parks, in the top 3 of 5 floors of a big 1830s-era Georgian town house.
You'll be living with Grace (she/her), Max (he/him) and Bex(they/them). 1x Belgian tourism guru, 1x Aussie die hard Swiftie, and 1x dual Aussie/British special needs teacher. We live a painfully normal lifestyle of drinks, dinners, and film/tv/games nights during the week, and leave the S&M parties and hamster sacrifice for the weekend. We like to have BBQs, play board games, go to the pub (3 pubs within 1 min walk) go on weekend trips to be at one with nature n stuff (and replenish hamster stocks), and watch tv, equally welcoming to trash or high-brow. We're looking for someone who wants a nice homey atmosphere as we all like hanging out together when we're all in one place. We've had wonderful previous flatmates who we still hang out with for BBQs etc. Our amazing flatmate Tom is moving out... for love, he'll be moving in with his lovely partner. So looking for someone long term to join us in this new chapter.
The flat's pièce de résistance is the huge sunlight-bathed living room, with 3 big south-facing windows overlooking the glorious Tredegar Square. We also share a large garden with 3 other flats (the neighbours are a nice bunch all in their 20s/30s) - garden is 70% paved, with trees and flowerbeds along the side, space for horticulture enthusiasts.
