Spacious double room for single use in a 4 bedroom flat in Mile End.
After 10 years living in this lovely house I am now moving out and my double room becomes available.

It will come half furnished: double bedframe + mattress, bedside table, double wardrobe, mirror, small desk available (if required, no chair)

Pics include my current furniture and stuff but room will come half furnished as mentioned above.

Current flatmates are a Spanish guy and a Romanian girl as 2 of us are leaving. It would be 4 people in total once all rooms are taken. Welcome any nationality and gender. LGBTQ+ friendly :) Preferably professionals, 30+, to match current flatmates.

We have 3 cats that are leaving and the flatmates staying would prefer to live pet-free for a while so no new pets allowed, sorry.

The room is in the quiet side of the flat, above the private parking area of the building so no noises from the busy road can be heard.

The building is on the main road, 3/4 minutes walk from Mile End Station, Bow Road station is 5/6 minutes close and DLR Bow Church Station is about 10 minutes walk. Good transport connection to the city centre, Canary Wharf area, Stratford, etc.

There are several off-licence, a Sainsbury's, a Tesco & a Co-Op in a 5 minutes radio. Also Roman Road is about 10 minutes walk where you can find a street market, charities, Poundland, Iceland, a big Tesco, etc.

The flat is located on the ground floor, so we have a nice garden that we like to enjoy from time to time (accessible through one of the rooms).

Friends visits are allowed, with common sense :)

Deposit: £575. Monthly rent: £720.
Bills not included:
Council tax (Band C) + water + broadband: £50.15 Monthly fix (goes up annually in April)
Gas & electricity: bill comes every month or so and we spare it equally between all the tenants.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house (there are smoke alarms in every room) but it's OK in the garden.

Other bits:
Bathroom was renewed few years ago. Some appliances in the kitchen (I. e. Fridge) are quite new as well.
There is no living room but kitchen is wide with a table and chairs to sit to dine.
