They are both double and the same size, located on the 1st floor of the flat.
Room 1 - available from July 1st, no max stay
Room 2 - available from Sep 1st, max stay 1 year

The flat is split-level, with 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies (one overseeing the inner courtyard), a separate bathroom and toilet, and a well-sized separate living room & separate kitchen. It's very bright and spacious and both bedrooms are quite big and the same size. It's fully furnished in art-deco style and ready to move in.

Heating is central and included - no limit in usage
