Hey there,

I am renting out a room in a spacious split-level flat-share just a minute off Mile End Park. The place is less than a 10-minute walk from the Central and District lines on the Mile End tube, and a 20-minute walk to Victoria Park on the canal.

The other tenant (me):
I am a biotech professional in my early 30s who is rarely home as is always out and about. Love culture and arts, good food, gigs, keeping active, catching up with my friends, going to events. Quite busy but would love have a chat/bite with flatmate every once in a while.

The flat is split-level, with 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies (one overseeing the inner courtyard), a separate bathroom and toilet, and a well-sized separate living room & separate kitchen. It's very bright and spacious and both bedrooms are quite big and the same size. It's fully furnished and ready to move in.
