We are thrilled to offer a splendid opportunity to reside in our beautiful flat. We have a furnished double bedroom available from the 7th of July. Situated just a 6-minute walk from Mile End Station and 8 minutes from Victoria Park, the location is conveniently serviced by the Central and District lines.

The flat features a spacious layout comprising three double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room, a bathroom, and an additional separate WC. The flat also boasts huge windows in all the rooms, providing plenty of natural light throughout the day.

A bit about us:

The flat will be shared with me (37) and my girlfriend (33). We are a quiet (she is more than me), professional couple seeking a like-minded lodger to share our home.

We both have busy schedules. I work in the office 4-5 days a week and leave early in the morning, so you won't have to worry about competing for shower time. Yonna takes her mornings a bit more leisurely, so you might see her before she heads to the office.

In the evenings, we tend to eat and then retreat to our bedroom early, so you may not see much of us. We value a clean and tidy living space and expect the same from our lodger. Our cleaner visits once a week to help maintain the place. Yonna loves plants, so you'll find them all around the house—pictures don't do them justice!

Our home is a safe and quiet place for us, so we don't host many parties or have late-night gatherings. However, it's perfectly fine to have friends over occasionally. The house is fully equipped, so we ideally prefer someone who doesn't have many belongings outside of what they keep in their bedroom.
