I have put a lot of time and effort fully refurbing the flag 2 years ago therefore as cliché as it sounds I am looking for tenants that will treat the property with care and respect as they would their own home. Having rented rooms in London for many years I’d like to think I (hopefully) know the do’s & don’ts and I’ve tried to create a flat that is a reflection of that. So don’t worry; I won’t be treating this as an ‘agent’ would and just fill the room on a first come first serve basis.
