Nice Double in Mile End Houseshare

Hi! Jeffrey is sadly leaving us after 1 year in the houseshare as his visa is expiring, so his room is now available.

It’s a nice house, decent size, with a great sunny back garden with bike storage, a large living room area, and loads of space for working from home. We’re equidistant from both Bow Road (District) and Mile End (District, H&S & Central lines) tube stations, with Bow Church DLR a little farther away. There are also tonnes of bus routes going all over. We’re about 15 mins by bus from Canary Wharf and around the same on the tube to the City. Loads of bike routes around too, and we’re a quick walk from both Victoria Park and Mile End Park.

Living here are two gay guys: Thiago, 38, from Brazil, who’s a casting producer and works in an office by day, and Mark, 31, from Scotland, who works in tax.

There’s no deposit and bills aren’t included. They averaged around £120 per person, but who knows what this winter will bring!

Otherwise, it’s a friendly, sociable house with no domestic strife. Movie nights, occasional housemate nights out, and the occasional house party, but definitely not all the time. Generally, it’s just a chilled-out, no-stress, nice place to live.
