We have 2 double rooms available in our four bedroom house by the park and canal.

Room 1 is £950 pcm, it's the bigger room and is available from 1st April.

Room 2 is £930 pcm, it's the ground floor room with access to the garden through patio doors and access to a separate WC on the ground floor (not en suite), available from 1st May.

Bills are included in the rent, including our cleaner who comes every week and cleans the communal areas. No moving fees other than deposit.

We are 3 mins walk from Mile End station and within walking distance of Victoria Park, Bethnal Green and Canary Wharf.

The house is fully furnished and has a decent sized garden/patio space to the rear. We have a large kitchen and open plan dining room, and a separate lounge.

We have all lived together for over two years. Our two flatmates are moving out to go travelling/move in with partner (the cat in the image doesn't live here anymore).

The two of us are easy going young professionals, we keep the house clean and are respectful of one another, especially as we all work from home intermittently.
