Bright and spacious double room with huge balcony and en-suite available from 5th January in Mile End penthouse flat share.
Our current housemate Ollie is sadly moving out in the new year and we’re looking for a suitable replacement! (Males preferred please, to balance out the household)
The price of the room is £1015 PCM and the lease won’t need to be renewed until August 2026.
Bills come to around £100-£120 mark> a month each and includes internet, water, energy and council tax.
The flat is located at the top floor of a 5-story apartment building. As you can see from the pics, we’re blessed with some amazing views of East London and the flat itself is extremely spacious, modern and clean. The flat has 2 floors and 3 bathrooms, and the bathroom on your floor is rarely used by anyone else, so it’s almost like having a private en-suite.
We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, laid back and friendly, late 20s/early 30s. We tend to have gatherings sometimes and I work on music quite loudly until late in the evening some nights, so we’re basically on the lookout for someone who would be comfortable with all of this!
You’ll be living with myself, Ashley, 32 year old Music Producer also in Sales, Aisling 33 year old Student Advisor doing her masters in Pyschology, and Paula, 30 year old mixologist and soon to be broadway star.
We’re all pretty laid back and friendly people. We all tend to do our own thing generally but sometimes hang out and have small parties as mentioned earlier. Cleanliness and tidiness is a must for us - we don’t have a cleaning rota or anything boring like that but we do like to keep the place looking nice! We’re all very clean people so we will need someone that fits in in that respect, or unfortunately it won’t work out.
Credit check and proof of income will be required for the new tenancy in July. The agency’s guideline is an income of around 35 times the monthly room cost.
