Hi there!
Ivy, Josh and I are looking for a forth flatmate to replace Jack, who's sadly moving out
Our place is on the second floor of a block of flats, in a really quiet detached square.
It's a two floor flat: a small bathroom, the kitchen and a separate living room with a balcony on the first floor, 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 single) and the main bathroom upstairs.
There's space in the corridor, underneath the stairs, to keep your bike safe and warm inside the flat.
The location is great if you love Victoria Park: that's literally two minutes walk!
Mile End Tube station is 15 mins by walk and you'll take 10 min cycling to get to Hackney Wick
There's a Tesco round the corner and Roman Rd with its choice of cafes, pubs and shops is right at the doorstep. There are a couple of gyms nearby. And if you're into bouldering, Mile End Climbing Wall is at walking distance.
We're not a party house, really, but we are really chilled and relaxed. Happy to have friends over every now and then and hang out together.
The room is a single room (3.50x1.80m) with a built in wardrobe and comes fwith a double bed frame only
The property is managed by WJ Meade, and our rental agreement is a 12 months agreement running from April 10th 2026 (meaning no rent increase for at least 12 months).
We are after someone clean and tidy happy to take over Jack and sign the new contract
The price of the room is £611/month (+ deposit)
Bills (wifi, water gas&electricity) come to about £70 (+£32.50 Council Tax band C)/month on average. It may be slightly more during the winter
If you'll be happy to take the room you'll have to get in touch with the Letting Agency, which will perform a credit check: passport, proof of address, right to live in the UK (if not British passport holder) and online reference via homelet. co. uk
Proof if income will be required: because of this, we rather prefer living with a professional.
Other than that, everyone is welcome in the house!
