Room in 3beroom flat 2min from Mile End station

It is with great sadness that I am having to leave this lovely household (due to a change of job). The flat is split level, boasting a large open living room with views over Canary Wharf, a well-sized kitchen, and a toilet on the lower floor, then bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. It is in an ideal location, 3 mins walk from Mile end tube station (central, district and hammersmith and
city line). It is also a stone’s throw from Regents Canal which will take you all the way up to Victoria park in about 20 min walk/7min cycle. Or a short walk from Roman road, home to many lovely bakeries or coffee shops.

The room is sunny and bright with a large south-facing window. Bed (small double), mattress, wardrobe and bedside table are all included. I also bought an under-bed drawer and shelf which helps to maximise the space. Would be happy to sell these if you’re interested.

The housemates are two Greek women in their early 30s. Both are warm and welcoming, always ensuring to bring some Mediterranean sunshine to your day! Myrna is an architect
and a sociable soul, she will always be up for a pint and a natter. She mainly works in the office and one/two days a week from home. Maria is a freelance psychotherapist, you will often find her chilling with a book or out dancing (she is a brazilian dance teacher so can teach you a step or two if you’re keen!). They have both been wonderfully supportive on my move to London, and I really couldn’t recommend them more as housemates.

We currently have a calm harmony in the flat, with a nice mix of socializing together whilst respecting each other’s space. We also tend to do alternate cleaning rotas and split a kitty for cleaning stuff, toilet roll etc. Looking for kind and respectful housemate to join.

Bills £120 (per person per month approx) Deposit is £800

It is run through an agency so they do require a bit of paperwork including proof of income and references.

Viewings will be taking place weekends between 12pm to 3pm, starting from Saturday - Sunday 28-29/9
