All bills are included (apart from from the cost of a professional cleaner, who comes fortnightly for £40, which we split.)

The lliving space leads onto a generous balcony that gets plenty of sunshine in the mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, cups etc.

The apartment building is modern and new, with lovely communal gardens (with sunshine in the evenings), bike storage, a secure and well maintained lobby with lifts up to the flat.

Sharing with a 35 year old, gay, Northern TV Producer who enjoys going to the gym, running and going to the pub.

Looking for an independent, conscientious, tidy person who enjoys socialising, but might be up for the odd glass of wine if we are both in.
