The apartment building is modern and new, with lovely communal gardens (with sunshine in the evenings), bike storage, a secure and well maintained lobby with lifts up to the flat.

Sharing with a 35 year old, gay, Northern TV Producer who enjoys going to the gym, running and going to the pub.

Looking for an independent, conscientious, tidy person who enjoys socialising, but might be up for the odd glass of wine if we are both in.
