Spacious double room in beautiful Victorian house

Double room in a spacious light Victorian house with lots of creative touches. Double-sized living room, large kitchen, utility room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. There is also a lovely nature-focused garden and patio which I've been doing lots of work on over the last months.

You'll be sharing with me, a live-in landlord and working as creative director of an art organisation and my housemate, a professional actor. We are both very chilled while being considerate of one another. Generally, we are independent and travel quite a lot, but enjoy cooking and catching up in the kitchen, or watching a film or series.

Bills are additional to the rent and work out as c. £130 per month. In addition, we pay for a cleaner who comes every other week (£18.50 each).

Best suited for someone who wants to feel less like they are in a houseshare and more like a home.
