The house is ideally located between Mile End Park & Leisure Centre and Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park — perfect for a peaceful lunchtime walk. There are several cafés and pubs within a 10-minute walk, and Victoria Park is around 20 minutes along the canal.

There are two local corner shops across the street, with a Co-op and Sainsbury’s Local at Mile End station and a Lidl 10 minutes’ walk away. Mile End station is extremely well connected, serving the Central, District, and Hammersmith & City lines, with easy access to Whitechapel (Elizabeth line) and Stratford (Westfield).
