Room available to rent, close to Mile End station

We have a room to let in a 3 Bed Flat very close to Mile End station. The room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside tables.

It is on the first floor with access via stairs and a lift. The building is secure with a key fob to get into the main entrance. The building has a roof terrace and we have our own decent sized balcony that faces the front of the building.

The room is £970 and the bills come to £120pcm. We are in Council Tax band E.

If you work from home you must put a desk in the bedroom, so that the communal space stays open and accessible to all.

We have a cleaning rota and the bathroom you use will be shared with one other person, cleaning on alternate weeks.

We are two very good friends that have met from living together, one flatmate is works hybrid, the other is freelance and working some days, some evenings and some weekends.

This let is only until April 2026. There is the chance to do another year but only with another rent increase and it's not guaranteed.

The flat is not managed we have direct contact with the landlord - the estate agents will run referencing checks etc.
