Flatmate Wanted Shared Flat in Mile End - £950pcm

Looking for a professional female (no students please) to rent a room in a shared 4-bedroom house. It will be available from 19th May 2024 until 19th July 2025.

The rent will be £750pcm and bills usually equate to £130 per month per person so altogether you’d be paying around £880. A new contract in July 2024 will be signed to where the rent will be increased to £812.50 so with bills the cost will be £942.50. This contract will be until July 2025.

We're a social household and will have a chat after work however we also respect each other's spaces and appreciate the need for alone time. Ellie (26) works in communications, Tina (26) works in influencer marketing and Eliza (26) works at a uni. We're looking for someone that has flat shared before so is already mindful of cleanliness (especially of shared spaces) alongside being prompt with paying bills and rent.

We have a living room, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms (both with toilets, one including a shower).

The room:
Includes the double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and chest of drawers.
Does not include the desk and chair as this was personally expensed by myself.

No deposit until July 2024 but you are expected to pay rent the day before you decide to move in in exchange for the keys.
