Large room in Bow Road

I’m sadly moving away, leaving my beautiful room in this cozy flat available for renting starting November 2nd.

Rent is £1000 + bills (approximately £120/month).

The room:
A spacious double bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and a lovely fireplace. It also has a direct door to the garden.

The property:
A beautiful two-floor, three-bedroom maisonette with a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The property has high ceilings, laminate wood flooring upstairs, and carpeting on the lower floor. We share one large bathroom between the three of us. There is a small studio room we use as our lounge with a sofa, which also has a door leading to the garden. Our landlord is very easygoing, which makes things easier.

The area:
The house is in the heart of Bow, in the borough of Tower Hamlets. It's a 1-minute walk to Bow Church DLR station (quick link to Canary Wharf/Stratford), a 4-minute walk to Bow Road tube station (District and Hammersmith & City lines), and a 10-minute walk to Mile End tube station (Central Line). We are surrounded by green spaces: a 10-minute walk to Mile End Park and 15 minutes to Victoria Park. Hackney Wick is also nearby, offering great walks and places to have a drink or a meal in an artsy community. The Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford is just a couple of stops away.

The flatmates
You’ll be living with Santi (24), a third year PhD student in Math and Charlie (28) who works in IT Operations.

FYI - Our landlord is selling the property so the lease will be for max 6 months
