You'd be sharing with me - early 40s, work for an NGO, love cycling, hiking and music. I'm looking for a considerate flatmate who wants a friendly home. It's only available for up to six months as I'm planning to relocate in 2025.
It's not huge but works well sharing with someone who also WFH part of the week. Your room has a desk and you could also use the living room as needed. I tend to WFH twice a week.
Move date is flexible. All bills extra (council tax, metered utilities, fortnightly cleaner, broadband): your share totals approx £170pcm.
