So unexpectedly our new flat mate Hannah has just been offered a room to live with her friends from home so the spare room is available again!
You’ll be living with Aidan (m29) Irish works sales in Farringdon, loves a pint at the weekend. Sandy (m32) Scottish works in office admin! The flat is a lovely two story very close to Mile End station, large living room, small private garden!
We’re looking for any gender, LGBTQ+ friendly, sociable who’s keen to hang out and also respects everyone’s space.
The flat is amazing, couple of minutes from Mile End station, Mile End & Victoria Park with plenty of amenities and good transport links to central London. .
Room is £750 and bills come to approx. £100 per month
Very good price for the room in a good location and lovely flat - it’s a bloody steal! We will start viewings over the next week or so but I’ll do my best to get back to everyone :)
