Bright Room in friendly Mile End flat

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bedroom flat as I will be moving in with my partner.

You would be sharing with my 2 lovely flatmates Cam (28) and Brooke (26). They are both super fun and welcoming. Hobbies include socialising, sports (skiing and F1 interest is a plus!), gigs and festivals, travelling. We've got a good balance of doing our own thing and also socialising as a flat, and we're looking for someone who would like to be part of that.

The flat is in a great location, close to Mile End tube (Central line, Hammersmith & City, District), Canary Wharf, right next to Regents canal and Mile End park. It is opposite sports facilities including a gym, pool, and courts where my flatmate plays netball.

The flat itself is a really nice warehouse conversion next to the canal. It is a 3 bed property with a shared open plan kitchen/living room. You would be sharing a bathroom with one flatmate.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and 3-door wardrobe. It has space for a desk if you need to work from home but I have mine set up in the living room currently as there's plenty of room.

Rent is £930pcm for the room, £1085pcm including all bills plus netflix and subscription. There is 6 months remaining on the current contract, after which there is the possibility to renew for another year.

I'm aiming to move out in early August, but move date can be flexible.
