Short-Let a double room in Mile End

Hi,

I have one double room to sublet in Mile End between July 21 and September 1. All bills included. You would enjoy your own bathroom. Seeking for a female roommate.

Location and transportation:

Near an underground station: 10 mins walk to Mile End Station. (District Line, Central Line and Hammersmith and City Line). One Station to Stratford.
Many of the main route buses: Bus 25, 205, N25, N205, 425 (Mile End Station, to the city or Stratford ); Bus 277, D6, D7, N277 (Mile End Park Leisure Centre, 5 mins walk, to Canary Wharf)
Near Queen Mary University of London Mile End Campus.
Near Mile End Park, Mile End Park Leisure Centre (Badminton, swimming pool, Gym)


About the Room:

A Large double Room in a modern two bed flat. With the Security door down stairs.
A bathroom opposite to your room door just used by yourself.
The whole flat just after end of tenancy clean. The other roommates would be move-in on July 20. So all the things would be very clean. (The video was taken when the former tenants still living there)
There is a large Kitchen, living room and a balcony outside. You could enjoy your cooking and time there.

Flatmates:

Your flatmates would be 3 Chinese girls. They would all live in the En-suite bedroom. They are all professional. One works from 9am to 5pm in weekdays. The other work from 12pm to 9pm. And the last roommate also work outside in majority of weekdays. So they are not at home in most of time.
They are all friendly and helpful. They have been lived together for a longtime. And they are all recent graduates. Two are graduated from Queen Mary. If you are a Queen Mary students, it would have a lot of common topics to talk. The roommates are good at cooking and sharing dishes. If you are a Chinese food lover, it would be a good choice. And they also love sports. They would go outside together in the weekend.

Convenient transportation to the city, Stratford and Canary Wharf.
Supportive roommates.
New move-in flat. Everything would be very clean.
Near Queen Mary University of London.
