The only housemate is the flat owner, who recently purchased the flat. He's 31-old data engineer in a fintech. He's quite a simple and discrete person, keen to be in a home that feels home, where people take care of each others, but have their lives and their boundaries. He usually works from home, in the evenings he's often out (probably dancing).

The ideal flatmate? Does not exists, so be yourself. The usual stuff about being clean and considerate helps. Couples are welcome. The leaving flatmates are a couple who decided to move to Barcelona, it was a lovely time together.
