Sadly leaving my lovely canal-side flat in Mile End, zone 2, at the end of August and looking for a new housemate!
Light and spacious apartment with open plan kitchen and shared bathroom with one housemate.
All bills included and fluctuate, but rent is never above 1200 pcm.
All modern equipment/appliances in kitchen and bathroom as well as great transport links.
Our apartment overlooks the canal, with Mile End station a short 10 minutes walk away.
15-20 minutes to central London, links to Central, District, and Hammersmith and City line.

You’ll be sharing with a lovely housemate, early 30s, who enjoys cooking, being active, and is always up for a good chat!
He usually works in office so WFH is possible too.
