Description
Hey! I'm Aaditya, a 22-year old professional looking for three people to join me in this lovely two-storey flat in Mile End. I’ve been living here for a year and absolutely love it and I’m sure you will too!
The three rooms are all of good size, perfect for working or studying, and with lots of storage. All of them come fully furnished with queen-sized beds, desks, wardrobes, chests of drawers and large windows.
The flat has two floors, with the kitchen/living room, one bedroom and a toilet on the bottom floor and three rooms and the bathroom with the shower on the top floor. There’s lots of storage in the flat even outside of the rooms and has always felt quite spacious!
The kitchen comes with all the kitchenettes and appliances, including a dishwasher(!!), and the flat also has a washing machine.
The flat is very cute and bright (orientation east and west), with views to green areas, parks and the City's skyline. The area is very peaceful and quiet, lots of young professionals live nearby and QMUL is a short walk away, so there are always students around too. The building is mostly families and young professionals and is very safe.
Also worth noting that bills tend to be lower than most other places - generally £60 per person per month, including council tax (band C).
Other important things:
• Tube less than 5 min away: Central, Hammersmith, and District lines, and 1 stop away from the Elizabeth line
• Lots of bus routes within a 5 min walk, taking you in (literally) every direction possible
• Tesco, Coop and Asda nearby
• Victoria Park, Mile End Park, Tower Hamlets Cementery Park... Many green areas to walk and exercise
Ideally, looking for other young professionals or masters students who are friendly and clean. We’ve always been social in this flat, but equally are generally busy and enjoy our privacy as well. This is also a LGBTQ friendly household!
You would be signing onto a 12-month contract (9 September 2024 - 8 September 2025), but the landlord is completely fine with you moving out at any point during the contract so long as you find a replacement person for your room. A former flatmate did this about 6 months ago and it was entirely doable!
Hopefully this covers everything, but feel free to ask any questions you might have!
Please drop me a message and tell me a bit about yourself and let’s arrange a viewing :)
