We have a bright and spacious double room to let in our home facing Mile End park.

I’m moving to Madrid in September and I will be sadly leaving my room after 2 years.

The current flatmates are Alessia and Diego, both in the creative industries and very easy going and respectful :)

It’s a very big and inviting room with a double bed available from 1st of September. It faces the park opposite the street and it comes fully furnished, a lot of storage, double bed and a desk. The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and a generous bathroom with a big window. No lounge room.

A reference check will be done by the agency where you will need to prove your income and right to rent along with references from your employer and/or landlord.

Rent is 670 per month to be paid on the 1st of each month.
Deposit - around 300
Utility bills + council tax: around 100 a month

5 minutes away from Mile End Underground station
2 minutes away from Mile End park and Regents canal
Lots of local buses too!
