Large en-suite room in a comfy, modern flat

Hi everyone !

My partner and I are going away for 2 months and are looking for someone to stay in our beautiful double bedroom, ideally from AUG 25 to OCT 25 :-) Could be extended for a few days. The room is bright and quiet, with a lot of room for your clothes. It has its own bathroom one meter away from the room.

The flat is newly refurbished, with high-quality furniture and amenities. It is located near all amnesties (Lidl, Tesco, Pharmacies 5 mins away) and well connected (Central + Hammersmith&City + District are 10-15 mins away and DLR is 15 mins away, there are tons of buses too). There is a balcony and a communal roof terrace. There's also a communal room for your bike :-)

You will be living with our dear flatmate, Tomasz. He is a cute Polish trader. During the week he is mostly at the office, and home during the weekends. He loves cooking, watching films, sport and traveling the world. Please note that the shaggy dog (that's not Tomasz) that poses on the pictures won’t be in the flat when you'll be here, sorry ! ;-))

Rent is £995 + bills (around £120) / month. A security deposit will be demanded but you will of course get it back if the flat is given back in the same condition.
