• We live in the top floor flat of a Georgian townhouse on Tredegar Square - it’s a beautiful area and really peaceful ✨

• We have never had any issues with neighbours/noise complaints. It’s a safe area feels very green - we overlook gardens a leafy square with lots of trees (although sadly no access to the garden) 🌳

• Spacious & bright shared living space & kitchen area (2 sofas, dining table, tv and houseplants) 🛋️ 🪴

• Kitchen: The usuals (gas hob & oven, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, plates/cutlery) plus a dishwasher ✨

• 3 min walk to Mile End underground station (Hammersmith & City, District & Central lines), bus routes to Dalston, Homerton/Hackney, etc) and walking distance to the DLR

• We’re a 15 min walk to both Victoria Park and Roman Road - with lots of coffee shops / brunch options ☕️

Current flatmates;
3 women in our late twenties, all working professionals. We’re very chilled and enjoy hanging out together, could be going for silly coffee and a stomp round Victoria park or rotting on the sofa hungover 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’re a caring and sociable house and looking for someone to slot into our home with us - we’re also fostering a very sweet cat (Sabi) at the moment, so you’d need to be okay with cats too 🐱
