Room in spacious, fun gals flat in Mile End

Hi gals,

We have a double room available from the 9th September for £895 a month including bills in Bow/Mile End (E3). It’s also a rolling contract and deposit will be required (roughly one months rent - £827). There's one shared bathroom between the 3 of us.

Our beloved flatmate and good friend is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for another gals gal to join our cosy home. I am moving into her room and the room in the ad is my current one.

You'll be living with me and my Aussie flatmate Dee. We are 29 and 31 and both work in the charity sector. I work from home 4 days a week and Dee works from home full time. We are ideally looking for someone who works in the office full-time most of the week.

We are good friends who have lived together for a few months now. We’re both open-minded, friendly, big on dinner parties, trashy tv and rom com evenings but also down for a pub trip, day festival and the occasional night out. Also LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly. We’re clean/tidy but are fairly relaxed about the place in general.

The location is great, we’re right next to leafy Victoria Park. We’re around a 10 minute walk to Mile End station and super close to some really good bus routes - tenish minutes to Shoreditch.
