Description
We have **two rooms available** in our friendly, relaxed shared house and are looking for two new housemates to join us in our home in **Mile End**.
- ROOM 1: Ground floor, £825 pcm, available **immediately** (from 15th September).
- ROOM 2: First floor, £855 pcm, available from **1st October**.
We’re a welcoming LGBT+ household with two current housemates and would love to find people who share similar values.
The house is more of a home than a party spot, but we enjoy socialising, having friends over for drinks, and the occasional BBQ or movie night. We’re often up for takeaways, watching TV (expect plenty of RuPaul’s Drag Race!), and exploring the area, but we also respect each other's need for downtime and personal space.
THE ROOMS are furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
(If you have your own furniture, you can move the existing out of the way to the basement)
THE HOUSE has a spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower, a shared kitchen/diner, a cozy living room, and a big garden—perfect for those house BBQs! There's also a large basement with plenty of storage space.
BILLS are not included but work out to around £150 per month for everything: broadband, council tax, utilities, a fortnightly cleaner, and a kitty for household essentials (loo roll, cleaning supplies, etc.).
A £700 DEPOSIT is required, payable directly to the landlady before moving in. There are no agency fees, and we have a great relationship with our landlady.

We’re located on a beautiful street in the heart of **Mile End Park**, just two minutes from **Regent’s Canal** and a 10-minute walk to **Victoria Park**. **Roman Road Market** is about a 12-minute walk away, with plenty of great pubs, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. For fitness fans, there are two gyms and a climbing wall within walking distance.

- The **25, 205, 425, 277, 323, D6 & D7** buses all run through Mile End.
- Parking is available by permit, and there are always spaces on the road.
