Hey! I am moving out of my room in a flat share near Mile End Station in East london and would need to fill the last month of tenancy. The check out is on the 24th of October. Council tax is band C. the flatmates are both music producers / singer songwriters of international backrounds (an italian guy and a spanish-english girl) who have part time jobs so are not in the house very often. The room is very spacious with a desk to work from home as well as a very spacious and mirrored closet, just 5 minutes walking to mile end station and a view of london city from the room window. Santander cycles are right in front of the property as well perfect for commuting on the cycle super highway in the street adjacent to the property. The rent is cheap and the location is great, perfect for a short stay in between properties or a temporary tenancy. This is a 4 bedroom house and there are 2 double bedrooms available for rent.
