Large room to rent in a 2 bed in Mile End - close to station & Victoria Park and hackney

I’m looking for a new housemate for a spacious two person house in Mile End, to move in around 10th November

The room/house
The house is set over two floors with a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs, along with a garden.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. However, the smallest room is used as an office/spare storage (which we can share)
The room and house are fully furnished. In the bedroom there’s a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

About me / flatmate
I’m looking for a female to move in aged between 25-32

I’m Monica, I’m 28 and I work in consulting. I’m originally from London but I’ve only moved to East London last year. I enjoy running, going for walks, trying out new restaurants and wine bars

I’m hoping to meet a professional flatmate who is clean and would be up for occasional socialising e. g cooking a meal together or trying out coffee spots or restaurants in the area while also enjoying their own space

The house is in a great location:
5 min walk away from Mile End tube station (on the central line, Hammersmith and district line) so only takes 10 mins to get into central London
10 minute walk from Victoria Park.

Bills approx £200 (council tax, energy, gas, water and wifi)
Deposit £1,000
Contract - Six months (there may be an option to extend to 12 months)
