Beautiful double room in lovely Mile End House

Hello, I will be moving out of my house share mid-end October and looking for a new tenant. The house is really spacious townhouse with a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, two terraces, and a big living area. The room is a lovely light double with a large sash window and comes furnished. There is also lots of storage in the house. Two of the girls in the house work as lawyers and the current two in fashion publishing.

The location of the house is amazing, less than a min walk from Mile End station, with central, district and Hammersmith lines. You can be in central in minutes. On the Bow side of Mile End, we are a 10 min walk from Victoria park and 2 mins from buses up into Hackney. We are also very close to regents canal. There are also so many great pubs locally.

All the current tenants are friendly, respectful and clean and enjoy socialising. In the summer we often have people over and eat on the terrace etc. However, they are all very busy with work so the house is pretty quiet during the week days.

The lease is up in February 2025, with the possibility of extending. It is such a great house!
