Looking for new housemate in a 3 bed flat in Mile End - Roman Road (Tower Hamlets)

1 min walk away from Mile Enden Station (Has good connections) / 10 minute cycle to Shorditch

Living with 2 girls aged 21 & 26.

Cant be a student due to council tax reasons!

Deposit: £1096.15 (didn’t let me post full thing)

£ p. m not including bills

Bills - £40 council tax per person, £16.67 Electric, £10.33 Wifi, Water we pay every 6 months

You’ll share a bathroom / shower with one person, has kitchen, living room (sofa is incoming), large double bedroom with access to a flat roof.

We all get on really well despite not all knowing each other before we moved in. Sociable flat and cook together. All enjoy a good drink too.
