Spacious double in 3 bed house, great location

Hey there!

Our housemate Joe is moving on unfortunately, so we’re looking for a new housemate to join us from the beginning of November.

Currently living in the house are Matt and Matteo, both in our early 30s, and both working professionals. Looking for friendly, considerate and tidy professionals who can look after the flat and treat it as a home, and as more of a place to relax and unwind. LGBTQI friendly house!

We are looking for someone fun to fit in and socialize with. We both like to go out for dinner and drinks in East London but also some nights at home with some wine and watching films. At the moment we both work from home 2/3 times a week, and ideally we would want someone who works in a similar way, or from the office full time. We have some space in the lounge at the front of the house, which caters pretty well to WFH (you can see in the pictures).

The house is great, and a good price for the location. As you can see from the photos, it’s a lovely space and lots of communal space.

One double bedroom is available for a minimum of 6 months. The room is a nice size, has plenty of storage and most importantly - it has its own roof terrace! We might have missed the summer sun now but will be good for the spring sun, with some west-facing sunsets literally outside your bedroom door.

House has two other bedrooms and two bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining room/ sitting room, separate lounge, and outdoor garden space. There is also a BBQ and patio.

The house is between Bow and Mile End and is a great area to live in. 10 min walk to Mile End, 15 mins walk to Bethnal Green and lots of buses just outside the house. Just down the road is Victoria Park which is great for running and the Farmers Market on Sunday. Also close to Regents Canal, Hackney Wick and Stratford/Olympic Park.

On street parking with permits available.

The details – rent is £800 per month and bills are not included. Bills are roughly £130-£160 per month at the moment. Council Tax Band E.
