Bright and spacious room in friendly tidy house

Hello lovey people of spare room!

We are on the search for a someone lovely and respectful to fill the 4th room in our all gals house share.

The room is super spacious, quiet and has a gorgeous view of some gardens. Kitchen is large enough for a dining table so we can eat and chat together in the evenings.

We are just a 10 minute walk from Mile End station, very close to Victoria Park and the canals! The estate is very sweet and has lots of young families and little gardens and feels very safe.

We have not moved into this flat yet which is why the photos look so bare! And the kitchen refurb has not quite finished yet.

Your flatmates

Bea: works in sales, she’s very charming and hardworking and she loves a ‘duvet day’ and playing games.

Hannah: Works in telly and always has some hot goss to drop. She is our in house interior designer and will make the place look like a Pinterest board

Ailis: Works in hospitality and loves going to the gym, on walks, cooking, and baking!

We are very friendly, crafty and respectful. We enjoy a big fat Sunday deep clean as much as we enjoy an impromptu emergency night on the town. You would be likely to find us crocheting granny squares on a Saturday night.

We always communicate before having anybody over and we are very respectful of other people’s boundaries. It's important to us that we can become friends with our flatmates. We like our flat to be a bit of a gals haven. In the winter you can find us playing games and chatting on a weeknight.

Looking to finalise someone ASAP for referencing purposes and move in on the 19th of October. xx
