Lovely en-suite with a balcony and privacy from housemate. There is a shared kitchen w/ washer and dryer and a living room w/ TV. This space is a temporary letting for the next 5 months whilst I’m abroad. The space is open to a longer period if desired. It’s fully furnished and has close to new cutlery and pots for your use. In the b/room there is a coffee machine, blender, projector, WiFi heater (can be turned on whilst away to preheat room) and steamer for personal use and convenience. Serious candidates only
