Hello everyone,
We are looking for a flatmate (no couples) who can join us very soon.
The property is located close to Mile End station. This area is incredibly well connected; there are a few supermarkets nearby (i. e. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op) as well as small shops on each side of the building; there is a sporting centre and a few green areas for your spare time.
The room is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a desk, a cabinet with various shelves, and a chair. All the bills and wi-fi are included in the rent.
Your cut will be £700-750 per month. I am one of the tenants; therefore, you'll have to speak to our estate agent for more details. Shared and accessible areas of the house include a kitchen (with a washing machine) and two bathrooms.
We are looking for someone nice, very clean, proactive and willing to cooperate, polite, respectful and not noisy. Our tenancy agreement does not allow smoking or vaping. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have any pets, either. All the rooms are not very well insulated from sound so we try to make life easy to each other by not making too much noise and, as consequence, not throwing any parties and let partners stay for the night. We are looking for someone who does not work at night because noise will probably disrupt others' sleep and have a knock on effect on their well-being.
