Double room in a house, 3 min walk from Mile End

We have a double room available in our four bedroom house by the park and canal. We are about 3 mins walk from Mile End station and within walking distance of Victoria Park, Bethnal Green and Canary Wharf.

The house is fully furnished and has a little garden/patio space round the back. We have a large kitchen and open plan dining room, and a separate lounge.

Your room is downstairs and has double patio doors leading out into the garden. There's also a separate toilet and sink downstairs, adjacent to your room (but accessible from the hallway so not an en-suite), in addition to the upstairs bathroom. The room comes with the bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The desk is up to you whether you want it or not.

We have all lived together happily for a few years, and the room has become available because our housemate has bought a place. (The cat in the images doesn't live here anymore).

The three of us are easy going young professionals. We keep the house clean and are respectful of one another, especially as we all work from home intermittently.

Bills are included in the rent, including our cleaner who comes every week and cleans the communal areas. No moving fees other than deposit.
