Double room in Mile End for 3months (Jan-April)

Hey! I'm subletting my room for 3 months. It's available Jan 1st - 1st April for £800/month. Bills will be £100 extra. So £900 total per month.

I'm going away travelling and my room is going spare. I'm hoping there's somebody out there who needs a room and would enjoy living in a friendly, sociable house.

Less than 10min walk to Mile End tube (District& Central Lines). 15min by bus to Canary Wharf.

It's a nice terraced house. 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, and a living room. There's a beautiful garden out back as well - not really the season for it i know but it's there if you need it!

I'll be taking all of my stuff out of the room, although ideally i'd leave the bookshelf. It doesn't have a desk but i could put one in there if you need to work from home.

Cian: 29 from Dublin. Works in Data Science and loves tango.
Bims: 28 from Oxford. Works in consultancy and is a great DJ/Musician.
Kona: 28 from Oxford. Studying Speech and Language Therapy and is a keen skateboarder.

We're a friendly house and i'm keen that somebody who would fit in joins if possible. If you're up for having people in the house to talk to more than just in passing then you're probably a good fit :).
