Description
We are looking for someone who will fit in well who is respectful of the shared space. We like to eat together, drink and go out together but do also value our down time as we all have busy schedules with work!
About us! We are from the UK and Ireland ages 21-26. Two of us work in fashion and one in acting.

£900 before bills
Deposit: £822.12 (the total has been divided equally among the 4 of us)
The bedroom is unfurnished. It is the largest in the house at 15.96 square meters. There is also a closet in the room.
Utilities include water, council tax, wifi and electricity/gas. Bills range from £60-100 a month depending on time of year etc!
Please note that the room will be unfurnished.
This room is available from January 5th and the lease ends July 29th with an option to renew.
