3 month sublet in sunny flat by victorie Park

We have a double room available from the 4th of Feb until the 15th of April (possible extension) for £1100 a month including bills in Bow/Mile End (E3). There's one shared bathroom between the 3 of us.

I am travelling back to Australia for 3 months so we’re looking for another gals gal to (temporarily) join our cosy home.

You'll be living with my flatmates Grace and Evie. We are 28 and 27 and work in the charity and health sector. Grace work from home 4 days a week and Evie studies and works so her schedule is varied. We are ideally looking for someone who works in the office full-time most of the week.

We are good friends who have lived together for a few months now. We’re both open-minded, friendly, big on dinner parties, trashy tv and rom com evenings but also down for a pub trip, day festival and the occasional night out. Also LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly. We’re clean/tidy but are fairly relaxed about the place in general.

The location is great, we’re right next to leafy Victoria Park. We’re around a 10 minute walk to Mile End station and super close to some really cafes and restaurants, with shoreditch being a 15ish minute bus ride away.
