Large en suite room available in 3-bed flat in Mile End / Bow Road with balcony

Sharing with two others (27f / 27m). We are close friends, who love the local independent cinema, galleries, outdoor swimming, and comedy nights.

We both work 9-5 hybrid jobs (sustainable engineering / not-for-profit) with at least 3 days in the office.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and that we’ll get along with :)

Council tax band D (£43/month) and our utility bills are very affordable as the flat is a new build.

Room will be empty and clean, furnished with with
- a double bed and mattress

- ⁠a desk

The room already has shelves, built in wardrobe for hangers / shelves, and the en-suite of course.

Flat is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood. Includes access to secure bike storage.

We are just a couple of mins walking distance from Bow Road station or 5 mins to Mile End.
