Lovely East London home looking for a flatmate ✨️

Looking for a new housemate to fill the extra bedroom in our lovely east london home as my former flatmates are leaving to travel the world! The house is beautiful, spread over 3 floors, and newly re-furbished. 3 bed; 2 bathrooms (bath and shower and toilets in both!) and a huge bright front room on the top floor with a medium sized kitchen attached.

The first bedroom is cosy, with great natural light from the large window. The room comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed frame. Disclaimer: room would only fit a very small desk, however there is a dining table upstairs to work from occasionally.

Rent is £866 (about £965 including bills - council tax/gas/electricity/internet/sky box). Although, will be getting rid of sky box for a cheaper wifi deal. We pay water every 6 months, around £50 each. Deposit is £1000

Location: 7 mins walk from Mile End station (Central/District/Hammersmith & city line), 20 min walk from Victoria Park, direct bus links to Dalston/Hackney and Canary Wharf, 10 min walk from lidl and Tesco express and 2 minutes walk from mile end leisure centre for anyone looking for a local gym! 🕺🏼

A bit about Grace:
I work in children’s mental health care (sometimes WFH). I love arts and crafts, crocheting and cooking up a storm!

A bit about Amathur:
I currently work as a Research Assistant in Women’s Health (the best department). I love art, books (currently obsessed with Dolly Alderton having not even finished my first book) and spending time with mates.
