I have one room to rent in my lovely Victorian house. It’s a double bedroom, well looked after, furnished, with a walk in wardrobe and loads of storage. Views out into the garden, with lovely sunlight coming in.

The Room:

The room comes with a private bathroom with a newly updated shower, toilet, sink and again lots of storage space. The room comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror and built in wardrobe. There is also a desk and chair added to the room if you need to work from home.

Rest of the house:

The kitchen has everything you could need. Large fridge, coffee machine etc. The basement, has a washing machine and plenty of space to dry clothes without getting in the way. Living room is super cosy and perfect for relaxing.

The house itself is a Victorian house, with character. Lots of love has been put into the house to make it nice, cosy and very homely. It’s a 7-10 minute walk to Mile End station, which has great connections for all over London. Victoria park is also round the corner and lots of delicious coffee shops and bakeries.

Rent & Bills:

The rent does not include bills, these come to £280 a month (water, gas & electricity, WIFI and council tax).

Rent is £1,100 per month. So in total it's £1,380, which needs to be set up as a monthly direct debit. The deposit for the room is £1,100. The deposit and first months rent will need to be paid in advance of moving in.

About me:

I work in marketing, working for home 4 days a week. Most evenings I’m out at the gym and if not that, then relaxing on the sofa watching Netflix! I’m very clean and tidy and I'm looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, as it makes everything so much nicer! I’m very chilled and for me the home is a sanctuary, so looking for someone more on this vibe.
