Room in beautiful house on canal-Victoria Park

THE HOUSE:

We have one double room available in a beautiful 5 bed house located on the canal at the bottom of Victoria Park.

There is a large living space with sofas and dining table, and a separate kitchen with plenty of counter tops. There is a shower room/toilet and a separate bathroom.

The kitchen opens onto a large garden with a patio and lawn that stretches down directly onto the canal.

The room is one the top floor with lots of beautiful light, beautiful view on the canal and a built in storage and wardrobe. Possibly with bed but this is still tbc.

THE LOCATION:

The house is situated on a quiet back street in Mile End, running parallel to the Hertford Union Canal. The rooms advertised look out across the canal into Victoria Park, which is a one minute walk from the house.

There are a range of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby on Roman Road.

Mile End tube station is a 15-20 minute walk away, from which you can access much of London via the Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines. There are also a number of nearby bus stops.

ABOUT US:

We are tidy and considerate young professionals, Francesca, Jana, Ollie and Ruaridh, looking for a relaxed and fun person to share this house with.

We enjoy music (Ruaridh spoils the house with his occasional piano solos) cooking and socialising in the garden - as well as taking trips on the canal throughout the summer in the house's inflatable boat. We've planted radish this year which is hopefully ready for salads by the time you move in.

We are up for socialising as a house but are also respectful of each others space.
