Victoria Park in just a 5-10 minutes walk.

Double bed and fitted wardrobes.
Contract will start on 25th Dec but the new tenant can move from 21st Dec as room will be free from then.

** The house:
Large shared separate lounge.
Large shared dining room and kitchen.
Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Bathroom shared with 3 flatmates.
Back yard and large roof terrace.

** The tenants:
