Looking for a friendly / clean / no fuss housemate. Ideally a professional 26-45. More about the fit vs money for me. Recently out of a relationship and find I prefer living with someone vs alone.

Pretty agnostic if guy or girl - if in couple would ideally want to meet partner also.

Room comes with a very good almost new double mattress. I have my own en suite so you have solo use of the master bathroom.

I have a cleaner once a week which is included in price. She is great have had for 15 years.

About me:
- Work in city - normal’ish hours
- Interests Travelling / Padel / Tennis / seeing friends and family / eating out / chilling out / watching sport (NFL / college ball my fav so expect main TV to be occupied 6pm onwards on Sundays Sept to Jan)
- Away every 2-3 weekends. Prob want someone who is also away on occasion / normal I guess.
- I’m relatively chill…. Want someone who I can get on / no major fuss / some personality etc.
- Tend to eat out quite a lot, but also enjoy cooking / eating at home.
- Not a massive drinker / non drug user (looking for same)

Location is 10 mins walk or 2 min lime bike from Mile End station. Canary Wharf (Elizabeth Line) is 20 mins walk away / 5 min lime bike. Is great location to get most places in London.

Area improved a lot, road is quiet, on 5th floor, in block with no social housing.

No parking albeit people do park rogue around here and get away with it. Is storage for a bike.
