Double room - 5min from Mile End station

Small double room in 4 bed house located 5 mins walk from Mile End station.

We are 2 male and 1 female professionals (27-29yrs) looking for a 4th housemate to join us from 21st September.

The house is located on a quiet leafy road a short walk from Mile End tube station. There's plenty of green spaces nearby, with Mile End park 2 min walk and Victoria Park 15 mins. Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Co-Op, Asda and Sainsburys are all within a 10 -20 min walk. There's also lots of nice pubs, cafes and restaurants a short walk away.

Transports links are great, with Mile End and Bow Road stations nearby, plus plenty of bus routes to take you across London.

We have been living in the house for 4 years and have done our best to decorate/make it feel like home! We are all pretty sociable and like to spend time together, go to pub, nights out etc but also enjoy chilling or watching movies. We're looking for a like-minded person who will want to spend time with us, but also respect each other's privacy and keep the house clean and tidy.

The room is situated on the first floor at the back of the house. There’s a nice large double-glazed sash window looking into the garden and allowing plenty of sunlight through. Communal spaces include a living room, dining room and garden with outdoor tables and BBQ. There's also 1 main bathroom and 1 downstairs WC. We do also use the basement as a storage room, in case you have lots of things!

*ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY. No couples or room sharers. Ideally, we would like to live with similar aged people.
